Happy new financial year peeps!
I’d say it’s gone quickly, but it’s been a longgggg 6 months with a newborn. Being out of the newborn stage is amazing, we are having soooo much fun now!
The other thing that has improved IMMENSELY is Tate’s sleep. In the last month we have gone from co sleeping, waking every hour, with 3am day starts and rocking or feeding to sleep every time with so much anxiety not knowing what the days and nights will look lik - to now he’s self settling, has predictable naps, waking only 2-3 a night for feeds, and awake for the day at 6am.
I have been working with Lauren from the House of Sleep (follow her on Insta @houseofsleep_babysleepexpert for daily tips). She has been a GOD SEND. She is so open and non judgemental. Her strategies are super gentle and she holds your hand the whole way. The whole way for me was like 3 days, it was that good!
To help me plan and keep track of Tate’s naps and feeding I made a planner insert, so thought I would share with you all. It could even be used for tracking your own sleep and food, not just bub’s.
